Gordon B. Rogers (b. Aug. 22, 1901, Manchester, Tenn.-d. July 4, 1967), U.S. Army officer, graduated from West Point in 1924. George Bernard Dany (1910-2001) was born in the Philippine Islands as the son of a U.S. Army officer. Having attended schools in San Diego, California, including the San Diego Army-Navy Academy, Dany entered the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1930.
